  • Garrett Broadbent

    Chief Executive Officer

    Garrett began working in the IDD field in 2008 as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Since then, he has worked in a variety of service types and roles, spanning much of the adult services spectrum. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from UC Davis and a Master of Arts in Special Education from Arizona State University. In 2021, Garrett joined CLO as CEO just in time to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

  • Royisha Singh

    Program Director

    Royisha began working in the IDD field in 2015 as a Special Education Teaching Assistant while a student at Texas Southern University. She has since worked in various roles in the adult services spectrum in California. Royisha joined CLO as Program Director in 2022.

  • Ivette Kirkpatrick

    Director of Accounting

    Ivette joined CLO as Director of Accounting in 2024, bringing over 20 years in the financial industry and a PHR certification. Her experience in developing positive, healthy, and productive cultures drives her organizational impact.

  • Jeffrey Toolson

    Human Resources Manager

    Jeffrey began his career in the IDD field as an SLS Office Assistant from 2011 to 2016. He then gained hands-on experience as a DSP, supporting individuals with IDD from 2016 to 2018. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from California State University, Sacramento and a Master in Business Administration from University of People, Jeffrey returned to the field in 2022 as Creative Living Options' Human Resource Manager, where he applies his HR expertise to support the organization’s team and mission.
